Mark has lived in Charlotte for over 40 years and is familiar with the market and the greater Charlotte area. With 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, he is a strong negotiator resulting in highly satisfied clients in a competitive market. Mark has consistently been honored as an Allen Tate VIP for sales as well as awarded the Winners Circle level award for 2018, 2019 & 2020 and Chairman's level in 2021!
Mark has a knack for home renovations of his long-time hobbies which comes in handy when he and his clients are making key decisions impacting the value of their home. Through another of his hobbies as a photographer, Mark has developed a keen eye for updating, staging and design of a space so that it will bring to life the best features of a property.
Mark was born and raised in upstate New York and met his wife from New Jersey when they both relocated to Mint Hill in high school. They have two children: a son who works in finance in Wilmington, NC and a daughter who works as a medical assistant in San Francisco, CA. Mark and his wife lived in Mint Hill for 18 years and are members of St Luke Catholic Church in Mint Hill. As recent empty nesters, they recently purchased a 90-year- old historic home in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte where they enjoy updating it while trying to maintain its charm and character.
